TRAINING THAT PAYS FOR ITSELF!

Four workshops are offered that  train and equip resource developers with the skills necessary to obtain public and private grant funding and other resources for critical program, equipment and other needs.  

1.  Developing Winning Grant Programs and Proposals - a two day workshop that provides participants with detailed training in how to develop a winning grant program and  a winning letter of inquiry and grant proposal.  This workshop will benefit beginners as well as more experienced grant writers.  Management personnel charged with reviewing applications prior to their submission will also benefit from this training. Instruction, workgroup exercises and a detailed manual.  Registration Fee $350.00

2.  Grant Workshop for Law Enforcement, Fire & EMS -  a two day workshop that covers:  where to find and how to obtain public and private grants; where to find and how to obtain in-kind resources; how to use the internet to find grants and;   how to write a winning grant proposal and Letter of Inquiry.  This workshops will benefit beginners, advanced resource developers and management personnel.  Instruction, workgroup exercises and a detailed manual.  Registration Fee $350.00  

3.  Resource Development Workshop - a three day workshop that combines how to  develop winning grant programs and proposals with training in developing  public and private funding and other resources for critical program, equipment, facility, training and other needs.   Instruction,  workgroup exercises and a detailed manual.   Registration Fee $450.00

4.  Developing Public and Private Funding and Other Resourcesa one day seminar that provides training in developing  public and private funding and other resources for programs, equipment and facility, training and other needs.  Instruction and a detailed workshop manual.   Registration Fee $225.00

Three Day Workshop - Resource Development Workshop

This workshop combines the two day program development and proposal writing training with a third day of training in developing public and private resources for programs, equipment, facilities and other critical needs.  The agenda for the first day of training follows.  The second and third day of the training would follow the above agenda  for program development and proposal writing.  Instruction, workgroup exercises and a detailed handbook.

Instruction and Detailed Workshop Manual.  Students will be asked to survey their own agency to determine what support it has obtained from private sources such as businesses, community groups, foundations, etc.  Students will be asked to report their findings at the workshop.
